And it began...

One time...

Jeannette met Ben met Terry met Aaron.

Ben, Terry and Aaron met Tom met Justin.

All of 'em liked strategy/board games. And a game night on Tuesdays was born.

Justin knew Angela. Angela knew Tom. Justin invited Angela.

Angela knew Serena and Terry invited her.

Aaron knew Bill and invited him.

Everyone knew Patrick and Angela invited him.

Angela and Justin and Tom knew Angela's roommate Katie and Angela invited her.

Bill decided Colorado was better and took off.

Angela and Serena knew Rachel and Serena invited her.

Tom knew Ray and invited him.

Aaron decided Colorado was better and took off too.

Angela and Tom knew Becky and invited her on a backpacking trip, which she survived, so several invited her.

Tom decided North Carolina was better and took off three.

Oooh! Watching Jane Austen while smoking cigars?! I love it!!
Girls, who's bringing the cigars tonight?

>>Benjamin 8/1/2006 4:06 PM >>>
I would have to agree with you, TRS.
I should be inclined to watch it with you a bit later without these scarlet harlots - though we'll have to do something about the marked vacancy in the humidor. Good thing the backup ship will be arriving from Cuba soon...

I don't know. I rather like Colin Firth's reprisal of Darcy in the 1995 rendition of Pride & Prejudice... And you're going to *think* about watching without me!? Sheez. ;)

Psst... Rachel!
It's "Jane Austen" night. That's what we tell them. Which of Ben's other suggestions (along with the millions of other things girls can do when "ditched" by the boys) that we take is something we must act vewy vewy innocent about. Code word "Jane Austen" works every time... no boy will ever admit to ever seeing, much less ever liking a Jane Austen movie. We can discuss which movie we will have "seen" tonight, so our stories match up if they happen to ask us about it. Which they won't.

Well with all those options I don't know how we will ever decide what to do tonight!

I don't know that there'd be room to sit with the Plexus crew during the game, but I've never been to one of these Trats business sponsored events before, so I know pretty much nothing. I believe the game starts at 7; No idea on ticket price. NE1 LS KNO?

Given that great outlook, maybe the ladies WOULD be better off goingswimming or singing in the rain. Or pillow fights in the rain in bathingsuits. Or skinny dipping in lake Winnebago... Or heading to Bubolz forsome hair plaiting and knitting... Or heading to College ave. to get sometattoos and nail polish... Or rollerblading/biking the CE trail... Orchecking out a "chick flick"... Or going to Centerfolds to "boo", throwdirty napkins, and get kicked out... Or seeing how many people can fit intoAngela's kitchen cupboards... Or going to Hu Hot and having one personorder a meal and passing the bowl around until 10pm!

From: Serena
My vote is if we'll all be able to sit together, let's go. Otherwise, I'mjust as happy if the ladies want to get together elsewhere and catch upafter the game.

Sounds like fun to me! Do the boys have seating/specific tickets? So would we be having our own separate party? Tuesday night is cheap night there, right?

Wow, what a lovely idea to have it a Justin'splace! If we do, I'll be bringing a little lefse for anybody who wants to try it. (Sorry J - it DOES have flour :( ) Anybody have lutefisk to go with it? We should also bring lists of souvenirs & stuff we want Justin to bring back to us from Alaska! If the dirty dog goes there without the rest of us, the least he can do is bring us back a few 80-lb halibut.

I heard a rumor that we will be converging on Justin's place tomorrow evening for a barbecue and fuseball. Justin, what should we bring?
